Mooeyewear reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

However, product colours and appearance may vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Mooeyewear reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Placing an order on the Platform does not guarantee order acceptance.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and Mooeyewear's confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order, including cases of:

• Pricing or technical errors
• Stock unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent or reseller activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

All prices are listed in the applicable local currency and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or authorised third-party gateways.

Mooeyewear is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or network issues.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics conditions or external factors.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Mooeyewear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and replacements are subject to eligibility criteria and timeframes specified in our Return Policy.

Prescription or customised products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within applicable timelines.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Quiz results do not constitute medical, optical, or professional advice.

Mooeyewear does not guarantee fit, comfort, or suitability based solely on quiz outcomes.

Final purchase decisions remain the user's responsibility.

All content on the Platform - including designs, logos, images, text, software, graphics, and layout - is the property of Mooeyewear or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Upload malware, harmful code, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or entity

Mooeyewear reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Mooeyewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Liability for any claim relating to a product or service shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mooeyewear harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Inaccurate or misleading information provided by you

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.

Mooeyewear shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or labour disputes.

The laws of India shall govern these Terms. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Mooeyewear may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
